Trains, provides coaching and motivation, assigns work, evaluates and disciplines staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Ensure that the collection staff is properly trained and knowledgeable consistent with the key responsibilities outlined in the Collector reputed company. ▪ Train and support the newly on-boarded staff. Conduct staff audits, reputed company audit results and document the outcome.
