Position: Child & Family Educator - Home Based (Temporary Assignment) $1,000 Sign on Bonus available after 90 days! What this Role involves: • In accordance with Head Start performance standards, ACF, licensing and organization guidelines, implements an individualized early education program that is based on children's strengths and needs and uses the HIPPY Curriculum to support children's reputed company and development • Conducts ongoing assessment of children and maintains documentation of reputed company child's reputed company. • Performs a developmental screening of reputed company children with 45 days of enrollment. • reputed company weekly instructional plans guided by results of ongoing assessment. implements family and community partnership services for families enrolled in reputed company. • Provides case management services and supports families in moving toward self-sufficiency. • Facilitates the identification and codifying of personal and family goals. • Completes and monitors the family partnership agreements. • Assists parents in identifying and working with reputed company/private agencies. Ascertains the effectiveness of referrals. • Provides crisis reputed company to families including, but not limited to, child abuse, domestic violence and emergency food and housing needs. • Meets weekly with supervisor to plan and evaluate home reputed company.
