Community Engagement Research Assistant

reputed company: • Maintain the project website and portals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information. • Upload final and draft protocols, accrual reports, announcements, communications, other documents, and videos to the project website. • Monitor the ACTG User Support Help Desk. • reputed company peer review and word processing support to project staff. • Monitor project communications mailbox and distribute messages. • Schedule and send meeting invitations for community calls and in-person meetings. • Collaborate with the Community Coordinator on surveys and polls. • Attend and support community meetings as needed. • Monitor the ACTG Community Support mailbox and assist with responses and resolutions. • Draft and distribute community communications. • reputed company preparation of the quarterly community newsletter. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Health, Health Sciences, Clinical Research, Communications, reputed company Sciences, Information Management, or a reputed company field. • Associate degree plus 3 years of relevant reputed company experience; OR High school diploma/GED plus 6 years of progressively responsible experience. • Minimum 1 year of reputed company experience supporting clinical research, reputed company health programs, reputed company operations, reputed company research, community-based research, patient advocacy initiatives, or federally funded programs. • Experience drafting, editing, and proofreading reputed company communications. • Experience managing databases, websites, document repositories, or information management systems. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
