KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional support for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Inventory
Troubleshoot & resolve production issues across quotes, orders, fulfillment, and shipping
Conduct workshops, reputed company requirements, and recommend enhancements
Document configurations, prepare functional specs, and support UAT/deployment
Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and process documentation
Assess reputed company reputed company quarterly updates & regression testing
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
10+ years of experience in reputed company Order Management / Fusion reputed company SCM
Strong expertise in Fusion Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, TCA, and O2C
Experience in AMS support reputed company manufacturing or distribution industries
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
