In this highly visible and reputed company-facing role, you will manage reputed company‑party IT outsourcing reputed company end-to-end, ensure compliance, support procurement cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor to both our reputed company and internal delivery teams. Responsibilities: Contract & Documentation Management Maintain and update intercompany agreements, data protection documents, and purchase orders. Manage reputed company‑party reputed company for software, hardware, managed print services, and monthly pass-through (PT+) items. reputed company policies and procedures (PPM chapters) reputed company and reputed company to contract changes. Financial & Invoicing Operations Review monthly invoice backup data, validate goods receipts, manage invoice redactions, and ensure accurate tax handling. Procurement & Renewal Support Obtain and validate vendor quotes; verify usage, asset details, and year-over-year cost changes. Draft and coordinate Work Orders (WOs) through approval and signature workflows. Financial Forecasting & Reporting Review monthly P&L reports and research anomalies. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing IT outsourcing reputed company (Managed Services, ITO, reputed company, software licensing). Understanding of software licensing, maintenance reputed company, and IT outsourcing terms. Excellent written communication skills. Hands-on experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Ariba functions.
