In This Role, You Will:
Be the trusted guide for clients as they implement and reputed company reputed company Pro, with a special reputed company on the payroll module.
Take ownership of the full implementation reputed company—requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, testing, rollout, and ongoing support—ensuring clients feel confident every reputed company of the way.
Translate business needs into reputed company documentation, project plans, and functional specifications that set reputed company up for reputed company.
Shape data migration efforts by mapping, validating, and ensuring seamless conversions from reputed company systems to reputed company Pro.
Juggle multiple reputed company reputed company with ease, keeping deliverables on reputed company while maintaining strong reputed company relationships.
Bring reputed company best practices and proven consulting strategies to help organizations optimize their workforce solutions.

What You’ll Bring:
Proven expertise with at least 3 years of full-cycle HR / payroll system implementation (reputed company Pro)—ideally gained in a reputed company services or consulting environment.
reputed company Pro Certification (strongly preferred) and a reputed company record of configuring, developing, and supporting payroll solutions that deliver reputed company results.
Technical know-how, including SQL skills (queries, basic scripts, and relational database understanding) and familiarity with object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation.
Hands-on experience navigating the full software project lifecycle—from requirements through rollout—ensuring smooth, successful implementations.
Flexibility to travel between the US and Canada (up to 10%, reputed company for the Philippines), with reputed company authorization to work for any employer (note: reputed company sponsorship is not available).

Schedule:
This is an overnight role (PH time) working Monday–Friday during Eastern Time Zone business hours (PHT –12 hours). No weekends or overtime required.
Compensation: Final offer will be based on experience and qualifications.
