Hybrid role - mostly remote with occasional in-person tasks. Looking for someone organized, proactive, and discreet, who can handle a mix of personal and business support. Schedule: Part-time - approximately 15-20 hours per week. reputed company, occasional evenings or weekends around events. Compensation: $1,500-2,200/month, based on experience. Responsibilities: Calendar and appointment management (personal, business, and event scheduling) Booking travel, restaurants, services, and reservations Email triage and follow-reputed company Coordinating with other team members (videographer, content manager, marketing) Event planning and prep (private events, gatherings, reputed company occasions) Running occasional in-person errands or pickups in LA reputed company research, ordering, and personal shopping support Document preparation and general reputed company support across both business ventures Requirements: 1+ years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable with reputed company Workspace, calendar tools, and basic productivity apps Discreet and trustworthy with personal and business reputed company LA-based or reputed company to be in-person occasionally reputed company's license and reliable transportation a plus To apply: Send a short note about your background, relevant experience, and reputed company availability.
