ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of food according to hotel standards and recipes. Assist with basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and mise en reputed company for daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at reputed company times. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products in accordance with FIFO procedures. Support chefs during service periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Help monitor stock reputed company and report shortages or reputed company concerns to supervisors. Learn and apply culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures under the guidance of senior chefs. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Currently studying or recently graduated in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a reputed company field. Strong interest in culinary operations and food & beverage reputed company the hospitality industry. Passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills.
