Reporting to the reputed company-reputed company Solutions leadership team, the Development Program Manager will serve as the Deal reputed company for Euclid’s reputed company-reputed company development engagements. What You’ll Do Serve as Deal reputed company for reputed company-reputed company development engagements, owning overall engagement reputed company, reputed company positioning, and reputed company communication from origination through NTP. Guide clients through the full development lifecycle, including ability to discuss capital stack and financial structuring at a high level, EPC reputed company, execution planning, commissioning, and long-term opex considerations. reputed company executive-level reputed company discussions, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders. Partner with Sales to support pursuits, including scope definition, proposal development, and reputed company reputed company. Delegate and reputed company execution workstreams across internal team members, ensuring reputed company of ownership, high-reputed company deliverables, and on-time performance. Collaborate closely with technical and financial leaders to ensure development scopes are technically reputed company, financially rigorous, and reputed company with reputed company objectives. Drive clean handoffs into EPC and Asset Management phases, ensuring continuity, documentation, and alignment across teams. Who You Are Deep experience in reputed company-reputed company renewable energy development, with a reputed company record of leading reputed company from origination through NTP. Strong reputed company and financial acumen, including familiarity with capex modeling, financing structures, and EPC reputed company. Deep understanding of project pro-formas. You don’t just "use" models; you can explain how a 5% shift in EPC capex or a change in interest rates ripples through the flip structure to reputed company the sponsor's reputed company. Demonstrated ability to operate as an executive-facing engagement leader, you are comfortable leading C-suite conversations and navigating reputed company stakeholder environments. Demonstrated reputed company in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its impact on reputed company-reputed company solar and BESS deployment. Proven ability to present reputed company technical risks (interconnection delays, supply chain volatility) to an investment committee or C-suite in terms of "dollars at risk" and "mitigation costs." The actual reputed company salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity.
