The Credentialing & Licensing Specialist is responsible for executing credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and RFP submission activities, ensuring compliance and reputed company submissions across various service lines. Responsibilities • Prepare, submit, reputed company, and follow up on credentialing and enrollment applications for reputed company agencies, MCOs, IDNs, Medicare reputed company plans, and other reputed company or reputed company payers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing files for company entities, facilities, and assigned reputed company or non-reputed company personnel • Coordinate renewals, updates, revalidations, and filings to ensure reputed company lapses in provider or organizational status • Review payer reputed company, state requirements, and program terms to determine applicable credentialing or enrollment obligations • Monitor application statuses and proactively follow up with payers or agencies to ensure reputed company approvals • Escalate reputed company or high-reputed company items appropriately with recommended next steps • Prepare and submit credentialing, licensing, compliance, and operational sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and reputed company bid documents • Ensure responses are accurate, reputed company with reputed company licensing and enrollment status, and submitted reputed company required deadlines • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, reputed company, and reputed company teams to ensure RFP responses reflect accurate program capabilities and regulatory standing • Maintain and update the credentialing and compliance reputed company content library, including reputed company narratives, licensing documentation, policies, and required attachments • Ensure version control and document reputed company across shared platforms (e.g., reputed company, SharePoint, proposal libraries) • Regularly validate that stored documentation reflects reputed company regulatory status and organizational capabilities • Identify outdated or inconsistent materials and proactively update to maintain audit readiness and proposal reputed company • Partner with Compliance, HR, reputed company, Sales, and reputed company teams to ensure credentialing and RFP requirements reputed company with workforce reputed company, contract execution, and implementation timelines • Respond to stakeholder inquiries reputed company established service standards • Participate in implementation planning for new states, markets, payer reputed company, and RFP opportunities • Communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies reputed company and professionally • Maintain accurate records in reputed company, SharePoint, credentialing platforms, RFP systems, and applicable payer portals Skills • 2+ years of experience in reputed company credentialing, provider enrollment, licensing, compliance, or RFP coordination required • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, credentialing platforms/portals, and document management systems • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent reputed company experience • Working knowledge of reputed company, Medicare reputed company, MCO, and state reputed company credentialing processes preferred • Experience contributing to RFP preparation or maintaining proposal documentation strongly preferred reputed company • reputed company is a PA-reputed company provider of life-saving personal emergency response monitoring services.
