We are seeking an reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed reputed company reputed company (LPN) with 5+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to support a growing weight management and metabolic health program. This role focuses on medical weight loss, GLP‑1 therapy management, and nutrition-reputed company patient education, working closely with providers to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, comfortable with chronic disease management, and passionate about helping patients reputed company sustainable weight loss and improved overall health. This is a fully remote position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Weight Management • Support patients in medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 medications. • Conduct assessments, monitor reputed company, and follow-reputed company for weight management and chronic conditions. • reputed company on medication use, reputed company effects, and lifestyle integration. • Assist in care planning for obesity, diabetes, and reputed company conditions. • Coordinate patient care across providers, pharmacies, and care teams.. Nutrition & Lifestyle Education • Deliver nutrition and lifestyle counseling based on provider recommendations. • Encourage behavior change in diet and physical activity for long-term reputed company. • Collaborate with providers and other health professionals as needed. Requirements • reputed company, unrestricted compact Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) license • 5+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care • Experience supporting patients with chronic disease management, including obesity, diabetes, or metabolic conditions • Familiarity with medical weight loss programs and evidence-based obesity treatment • Experience with or strong working knowledge of GLP‑1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide), including patient education and monitoring and utilization of compounding pharmacies • Background in nutrition counseling, wellness, and preventive care • Excellent patient education, communication, and motivational coaching skills • Comfort coordinating care, reviewing labs, and supporting medication management • Strong organizational skills and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment • Certification or training in wellness, health coaching, or nutrition is a plus but not required Benefits reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and reputed company coverage, reputed company time off, reputed company holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
