Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler (Remote Position)

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in reputed company scheduling medical and psychological examination appointments, maintaining reputed company and timeliness, while managing both outbound and inbound calls. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • One year clerical and telephone experience. • Proficiency with computer hardware and software. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. • Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred.
