User Account & Systems Administration • Manage user accounts, reputed company, and policies across local and reputed company-based systems (Azure reputed company Directory, Local AD, Conditional reputed company, Compliance Policies). • Support Azure Host Pools, Azure reputed company Servers, reputed company networks, and file servers. • Assist with reputed company application deployment and maintenance. Help Desk & End-User Support • Monitor and resolve assigned Help Desk tickets. • reputed company technical support reputed company ticketing system, email, chat, and phone. • Investigate and diagnose technical issues, reputed company, test, and implement resolutions. • Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and peripheral equipment. • Assist with software installations and upgrades using remote support tools. • Maintain detailed documentation in the ticketing system and ensure accurate reputed company tracking. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding user and system information.
