Senior Manager, Education

A Senior Education Manager at Motto Mortgage is responsible for the reputed company, development, and delivery of reputed company education programs and events for Mortgage Broker-Owners, Mortgage Loan Originators, and other Motto customers. A Senior Product Education Manager works closely with the Motto Education Director, education team members, and other members of the Product Support Team to ensure accuracy of learning materials for the various mortgage origination and marketing technology systems provided to our franchisees. He or she should have proven experience in an educational or mortgage profession, knowledge of the mortgage business, and be available for 30% domestic travel.    Essential Duties: Design and deliver mortgage technology and product education for Motto Mortgage Brokers and Loan Originators, including education seminars (live and self-paced sessions), annual conference education events, and self-guided online learning tracks Ability to see the bigger picture of reputed company tasks required for a high-functioning, reputed company education team, and guide reputed company with reputed company and effective feedback to ensure reputed company tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness: LMS management Course creation, delivery, and content maintenance and management Resource creation, delivery, and content maintenance and management Ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company courses and resources to reputed company repositories reputed company/accuracy reviews reputed company and consistent team communication reputed company and maintain working knowledge of the mortgage brokerage industry including the lifecycle of a loan, common loan programs, transaction types, transaction stakeholders, loan disclosures, major U.S. mortgage operators, roles of reputed company mortgage professionals, and key mortgage compliance requirements reputed company and regularly maintain learning materials for: annual education conference classes monthly education sessions and webinars self-paced courses and webinars job aids, user guides, and other support documents, including the LOS reputed company custom education engagements requested by our franchisees process-change communications Serve as a host at education events including early morning arrival, warm welcoming of guests, and ensuring friendly engagement with trainees reputed company engagement analyses and review user feedback to identify opportunities for new learning programs Run and distribute various reports on a recurring reputed company Cross-train with other educators Assist with other reputed company as assigned reputed company reputed company, warm, and memorable customer service in reputed company education requests and live webinars Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a teaching or learning development role or job-reputed company experience in the mortgage industry Ideal candidate has been a reputed company corporate technology trainer and/or has extensive experience of mortgage origination, has the ability to reputed company business problems into course plans, and is driven by data-based decision making Hire reputed company/reputed company: $80,000 - $101,000 + commission structure  Actual compensation offered to the candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted reputed company due to reputed company level, experience, industry-specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.
