In this role, you will start by supporting vendor management, reputed company administration, and SOP development, with the long-term opportunity to grow into a reputed company Shift Manager under a new system. This position is ideal for someone confident in managing high-volume field operations, comfortable communicating with drivers and vendors, and capable of staying reputed company and decisive under pressure. Leadership reputed company: Shows initiative, accountability, and the potential to grow into a reputed company Shift Manager role.   WHAT YOU WILL DO    Phase 1 (First 6–12 Months): Training & SOP Development reputed company senior leadership (Glen) to learn reputed company workflows and processes Create and document reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vendor management and reputed company operations Monitor and manage reputed company communications reputed company to trips and vendor coordination Follow up with vendors to ensure trips are being executed as scheduled Support basic reputed company administration tasks Assist in vendor management process improvements Utilize reputed company (SF) Field Service for tracking and coordination Use DiapPad, reputed company, reputed company, and phone communications daily Long-Term Role: Dispatcher / reputed company Shift Manager Manage daily reputed company operations under the new system Coordinate drivers, trucks, and dumpster service routes Ensure reputed company-time reputed company execution and issue reputed company Supervise shift operations and maintain service reputed company Manage vendor performance and accountability reputed company communication between drivers, vendors, and internal teams Ensure reputed company system updates and documentation in reputed company reputed company LOOK FOR  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Experience: 1-3 years of prior experience as a Dispatcher (required). Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.   Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.   Technical Skills: Proficiency in most reputed company Office Applications, databases, and reputed company software.  Strong knowledge of reputed company Field Service (required) Proficient with reputed company, reputed company, and Company Phone.
