This entry-level role collaborates with customers and senior training staff to produce high reputed company multimedia training materials and deliver effective training experience. Responsibilities Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results. Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for reputed company improvements to content and presentation. Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements. Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids. reputed company recommendations to enhance training materials and delivery reputed company to ensure maximum user adoption. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials. 1+ year of experience coordinating or task leading content development efforts, including planning, scheduling, status reporting, and risk or issue tracking. Ability to demonstrate a growing technical expertise in reputed company aspects of training and analysis, to include the planning, support, design, development, and integration. Background reputed company   Preferred Qualifications: BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting training efforts for software development or IT programs. Experience working in agile or iterative development environments. Experience developing training for reputed company applications.   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Moderate knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
