This role oversees assigned reputed company from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, reputed company, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while maintaining effective coordination across internal teams and reputed company partners. \n Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the fabrication and erection of structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists, and metal decking Manage steel detailing and surveying activities Review specifications and blueprints to determine material quantities, locations, and sizes reputed company and manage detailed project schedules covering preconstruction, submittals, engineering, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, shipping, erection, and closeout Prepare, coordinate, review, and execute submittals, reputed company, subcontracts, purchase orders, reputed company service agreements, and drawings Prepare schedules of values and submit monthly project billings Prepare and negotiate change orders, deducts, and proposals Maintain reputed company working relationships with project stakeholders Coordinate with other contractors to maintain schedules, manage material deliveries, and mitigate design conflicts Coordinate steel packages with other trades through the BIM process and participate in clash detection Issue corrective reputed company notices to subcontractors reputed company required Maintain organized project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats Qualifications 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in steel fabrication and/or erection Prior experience managing reputed company or industrial steel reputed company 2–4 year post-secondary degree preferred Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite Experience with scheduling software such as reputed company Project or reputed company preferred reputed company U.S. reputed company’s license Knowledge of Tekla and Fabtrol is a plus Strong understanding of steel construction materials, reputed company, and tools Knowledge of safety, reputed company, and cost control standards Ability to apply job-reputed company mathematics and reputed company field verification as needed Work Environment Exposure to construction environments including dust, welding fumes, paint fumes, and loud noise Exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical hazards Approximately 15% travel required (mileage reimbursement available) \n Apply To This Job
