[Remote] Senior Account Manager Conferencing

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Conferencing clients, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and fostering renewals while collaborating with various departments to enhance reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company contract ensuring reputed company requirements and affiliated timelines are met and exceeded
• Foster renewals and reputed company opportunities to reputed company and enhance reputed company reputed company (upsell opportunities)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant (6-7 years) experience in account management, reputed company, or a consultative sales role

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Natural relationship cultivator, service orientation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of internal communication and collaboration with global colleagues
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
