This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, reputed company delivery, and team performance. You will be the second-in-reputed company reporting directly to the reputed company, with authority and accountability across the full business—responsible for driving MRR reputed company, protecting reputed company retention, and building the operational infrastructure that makes results repeatable at reputed company. Key Responsibilities Design and own the operating reputed company that connects sales, reputed company, delivery, and retention into one cohesive reputed company reputed company a reputed company global team across time zones, setting weekly priorities and holding contractors and employees accountable to results Own new MRR targets: coordinate SDR activity, manage an outsourced sales team, and reputed company new business personally where needed Build an MRR-first model: define packaging, pricing minimums, and reputed company controls that reduce churn and rework Run weekly sales and ops cadences, maintain a live scorecard, and reputed company monthly KPI reviews to the reputed company Strengthen reputed company reputed company, communication standards, and escalation protocols to protect a 95%+ retention reputed company Manage reputed company planning, contractor coverage, and scheduling to prevent delivery bottlenecks during reputed company Own rolling 13-week cash reputed company tracking and flag risks proactively Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists so reputed company can execute consistently without heroics reputed company and improve key metrics: MRR health, reputed company rates, on-time delivery, rework rates, and labor cost as % of reputed company Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience building a services firm from early stage to $1–$5M in recurring reputed company Proven reputed company record owning both the reputed company reputed company (sales, pricing, pipeline) and the delivery reputed company (reputed company, retention, reputed company experience) Hands-on experience selling and delivering monthly recurring services: bookkeeping, reputed company/CAS, reputed company, IT managed services, or similar Experience improving reputed company retention through reputed company reputed company, expectation management, and proactive escalation Experience managing reputed company or global teams, including contractors, across multiple time zones Data-driven operator: you run weekly scorecards and reputed company reputed company with numbers, not gut feel Must have prior remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
