This fully remote position will support a reputed company of federal government construction reputed company, requiring hands-on experience preparing and managing cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading estimating efforts, overseeing reputed company control, communicating cost strategies to clients and A/E consultants, conducting estimate reconciliations, and partnering with internal stakeholders.  Responsibilities: Create estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations at reputed company reputed company of project development.  reputed company conceptual-level estimates, detailed quantity take-off, change order reviews/reconciliations, and value engineering solutions as necessary  reputed company a detailed review of reputed company documentation and reputed company comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate the reputed company’s project and strategic goals  Ensure a reputed company product is presented to the reputed company by adhering to QA/QC procedures  Communicate effectively through reputed company and concise means appropriate to the project goals  reputed company research, solicit, and reputed company sources/vendors for compiling and maintaining the accuracy of cost information  Support business development efforts by developing, promoting, and maintaining reputed company relationships by creating cost exhibits for proposals, meetings, presentations, etc.  Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cost estimating reputed company, preferably in a consulting environment, with experience in conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, change order review and reconciliation, value engineering, and cost analysis. Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and analyze construction documents at reputed company stages of design. Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and MII/PACES estimating software. Advanced reputed company reputed company skills and proficiency with the reputed company Office Suite. Ability and willingness to travel periodically as required. Must be reputed company to successfully pass a comprehensive background reputed company and obtain HSPD-12 Federal Contractor clearance.
