[Remote] Data Conversion Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to migrate clients to the TaxSys software, focusing on data analysis, problem-solving, and reputed company communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare data for customer training and verification by customer subject matter experts
- Write specifications for conversion into TaxSys and QA the results
- reputed company down bad customer data and understand how it occurred
- Communicate effectively with clients and adapt to their technical level
- Guide clients as they verify their data in TaxSys and help them understand trade-offs
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in working directly with customers
- Experience with data mapping, specifications, and/or other deliverables for developers
- Analyzing data using SQL tools
- Experience with SQL
- Outstanding planning and time management skills
- Willingness to travel about 15% annually for face-to-face meetings with clients and colleagues
- Experience with ETL tool and/or dbVisualizer
- Project management experience and desire to reputed company reputed company
