Cash Assistant

The Cash Assistant supports the reputed company Team by ensuring accurate cash-reputed company information sharing and providing reputed company service to reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through reputed company inboxes from internal teams and reputed company clients, ensuring reputed company follow-up and a high level of service
• reputed company backup support for the cash applications group, including assistance with payment posting, research, reconciliation, and issue reputed company as needed
• Prepare audit figures, supporting documentation, and monthly accruals for reputed company receivables for reputed company purposes
• Assist with reporting, data validation, and process documentation to support accurate cash operations and management visibility
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve controls, and support the adoption of digital finance tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• Understanding of financial transactions, cash application processes, accounts receivable concepts, and basic internal controls
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, including spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data review; experience with billing, cash application, or workflow systems preferred
