Architectural Designer/Drafter

DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors is an award-reputed company firm seeking an Architectural Designer/Drafter in Pleasanton, CA. The role involves developing design or technical solutions, performing design layouts, reviewing drawings, and assisting project teams under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a reputed company of assignments requiring the application of reputed company architectural techniques for small reputed company or selected segments of a larger project
• reputed company design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work
• Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards and implement any changes as directed
• Assist project teams and other staff members as required

Skills

• Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, reputed company Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials
• Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
• Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and reputed company skills
• Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
• A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate / reputed company experience or A/E/C internship required
• Completion of Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
• Commitment to their own reputed company reputed company as designer, architect, or planner
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the reputed company without any restrictions. Please note that reputed company sponsorship is not offered for this position
• Commitment to obtaining licensure preferred
