Colony Roofers is a growing roofing company seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their sales team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing customer records, and assisting with administrative tasks to contribute to company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and reputed company exceptional service
• reputed company outbound calls to leads from marketing and referral sources
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Register customer warranties after project completion
• Maintain customer records and update company systems
