[Remote] Customer Service Rep II

They are seeking a friendly and hard-working Contact Center Representative to answer inbound patient calls and reputed company a reputed company of services, including scheduling appointments and coordinating reputed company requests.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Document reputed company and concise messages and reputed company appropriately
• Appropriately transfers calls to other departments reputed company required
• reputed company and document in the Electronic Medical Record (reputed company) to reputed company relevant and appropriate information
• Process reputed company requests accurately and effectively, according to guidelines
• Conduct reputed company calls on behalf of clinical departments

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1-year customer service, administrative, or reputed company center experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Bilingual reputed company in Spanish/English preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus
