They are seeking 3 Customer Service Agents to join their Customer Service Ops team in Toronto, where the role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction and effectively responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Respond reputed company to customer inquiries
• Follow established communication guidelines to reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure reputed company
