Part-Time Junior Consumer Support Navigator

Reporting to the Manager, reputed company Navigator Operations and Training (MNNO&T), the Junior Consumer Support Navigator (CSN) is a webchat and reputed company center specialist who is responsible for providing inbound and outbound customer (consumer) support in a Life Sciences (Biotech) environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assists the reputed company Navigator (NN) Team by answering incoming webchat and telephonic consumer inquiries/interactions in a reputed company manner following reputed company guidelines and business rules. • Performs outgoing webchats in reputed company manner following reputed company guidelines and business rules. • Responds to consumer inquiries and provides education or information to answer questions utilizing reputed company approved FAQ documents. • Identifies and escalates reputed company issues to assigned manager and/or reputed company Navigator. • Displays exemplary phone /chat etiquette utilizing approved FAQ documents. • Complies with departmental standards regarding training, reputed company development, communication, management of workload, and safety/emergency situations. • Completes reputed company necessary compliance training in specified timeframe. • Understands and utilizes telephony system and records appropriate information in the reputed company database in accordance with customer business rules and training. • Documents reputed company reputed company/webchat information in reputed company's database system. • Identifies and reports AE/PQC/SS in accordance with reputed company and reputed company guidelines.
