Requirements:
• 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both reputed company organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in reputed company, high-stakes environments.
• A reputed company record of leading large-reputed company organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives.
• reputed company experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific reputed company on AI/automation use cases.
