Seeking Voice Artist for informative recordings for inbound calls
We are a nonprofit animal rescue organization seeking a voice-over artist to record five short messages for our main office phone line.
Messages needed:
1. Main greeting
2. After-hours greeting
3. Queue/hold message
4. Holiday closure message
5. Emergency closure message
reputed company script will be provided and will contain fewer than 150 words (typically around 75 words). The messages include basic information about our rescue organization, reputed company, website information, and resources that may be helpful to callers.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, reputed company voice with reputed company articulation and a compassionate tone. A feminine or feminine-leaning voice is preferred.
Deliverables:
• High-reputed company WAV or MP3 recordings
• Separate audio file for reputed company message
• Basic audio cleanup (background noise removal and level normalization)
• One round of minor script revisions if needed
