• Work directly with stakeholders to define, document, and reputed company business requirements for technology and process changes
• Own business requirements analysis and definition/documentation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage requirements through the product lifecycle, including UAT testing support
• Formulate and define systems reputed company and objectives based on user needs, business systems, and industry requirements
• Plan and monitor business analysis activities in alignment with reputed company best practices, project goals, and stakeholder needs

Requirements:
• 4+ years of business systems analysis experience

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to understand data relationships among systems

• Strong collaboration across divisions and functions, including end users, developers, testers, and analysts
• Strong oral and written communication skills for translating business needs into formal IT requirements
