Marketing & Brand Designer - Remote (US-based preferred)

About the Role We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Brand Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling assets across print, digital, and web. This role sits within the design team and plays a key part in building brand recognition and trust through clean, effective design. From brochures and event flyers to Instagram posts, email graphics, and blog illustrations — you’ll bring our brand to life at every touchpoint. You should be as comfortable designing for print as you are creating assets for paid social ads or editing imagery for a landing page. Bonus points if you bring some simple motion or video editing skills. Key Responsibilities • Design and layout print collateral including brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and signage • Create compelling visuals for paid social ads, organic content, and marketing campaigns • Support blog and email marketing with custom imagery, banners, and layout-ready visuals • Collaborate on the design of landing pages (primarily in Figma), working with marketers and developers to ensure brand consistency • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Herewith across all materials • Assist with light photo editing or manipulation when needed • (Bonus) Edit simple videos or animations for social media or product explainers using After Effects or Premiere Requirements • 3+ years experience in a graphic design, brand design, or marketing design role • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collateral across multiple channels • Experience preparing files for both print and digital output • Clear visual storytelling skills and strong attention to typography and layout • Comfortable writing catchy headlines or adapting marketing messaging for visual formats • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines • (Bonus) Video editing experience using After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools • (Bonus) Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or caregiving-related industries Why Join Herewith? • Mission-driven work that helps families and seniors every day • Small, fast-moving team with a collaborative environment • Opportunity to shape how a growing brand shows up across every channel Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
