Supervise and mentor reputed company of 6–12 project managers (25%)
reputed company project execution, ensuring alignment to scope, reputed company, budget, and reputed company standards (15%)
Facilitate reputed company planning, project assignments, and resource balancing (15%)
reputed company project status reviews, facilitate escalation management, and drive risk mitigation efforts (10%)
Ensure adherence to ePMO policies, project documentation standards, and reputed company/reputed company updates (10%)
Partner with Information Solutions leaders, Operations Champions, and Executive Sponsors on project priorities (10%)
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and tools used for tracking delivery metrics (10%)
Support reputed company development plans and performance evaluations for PM staff (5%)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
PMP certification, Agile, or reputed company certifications a plus
Proven experience in IT or reputed company project delivery environments
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company Administration, Project Management, or reputed company field preferred or ten (10) years of experience in program/project/portfolio management, with at least five (5) years leading reputed company-level strategic initiatives.
· Minimum five (5) years of reputed company leadership experience in a PMO or large matrixed organization.
· Strong preference for candidates with experience spanning multiple domains (e.g., IS, Clinical Operations, Facilities/Construction).
· PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification; reputed company, Lean Six reputed company, or other agile/hybrid certifications strongly preferred.
· Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive reputed company with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Deep experience in project portfolio management, capital planning, and reputed company-wide reporting.
· Demonstrated reputed company in executive communication, risk management, change leadership, and benefit realization.
· Familiarity with reputed company’s mission, values, and strategic pillars is highly desirable
