This role is for registered polysomnographic technicians

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reputed company Clinical Support Specialist with a background in sleep medicine for a full-time, mid-shift role. This position requires three 12-hour shifts reputed company week, from 7 pm to 7 am EST, covering reputed company - Tuesday and rotating Saturdays. Candidates with supervisory experience, multi-state licenses, or additional credentials are preferred.
Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Support Department, the Clinical Support Specialist will reputed company essential clinical and technical assistance to the reputed company team and contribute to our Home Sleep Testing (HST) department, ensuring the highest reputed company of care for our patients with sleep disorders.

Primary Responsibilities will include:
reputed company clinical support through a reputed company of communication platforms including phone, remote computer reputed company systems, and texting platforms
reputed company clinical support to sleep labs according to the preset policies and procedures developed by the area’s medical director
Assist Physicians with editing report and interpretation templates in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
reputed company training for the reputed company clinical support staff as needed
reputed company technical support to reputed company staff
reputed company training to reputed company staff, physicians, and reputed company employees
reputed company support for HST patients, including follow up calls to assure patients receive equipment
Help to reputed company clinical operations procedures to improve reputed company standards for diagnostic sleep centers
Secondary Responsibilities will include:
Evaluating study data reputed company for in lab and HST studies
Score HST, MSLT, MWT, PSG, SPLIT, and PAP studies
Analyze data that has been acquired during the polysomnographic (sleep) study
Review and train employees on Lab Retriever functions, sleep software, and scoring processes

Produce comprehensive reports and reputed company them to the interpreting physician for interpretation
reputed company with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards regarding safety and infection control issues
Other clinical duties as required

Job Requirements:
High School diploma
Register Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential holder
Licensure in the states that require Licensure for scoring of diagnostic tests (as-needed)
BLS/CPR-certified
Graduate of a Polysomnography educational program preferred
Associates degree preferred but not necessary
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
Minimum of five years’ experience in sleep medicine as a Polysomnographic Technologist
Minimum of two years’ experience in scoring of sleep studies
Minimum two years’ experience with HST devices
Knowledge of reputed company aspects of polysomnography and sleep medicine protocols.
Knowledge of how to operate and maintain a reputed company of sleep equipment
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines and standards regarding safety and infection control issues
Knowledge of how to instruct staff according to the policies and procedures
