[Remote] Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence
• Helping reputed company and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests
• Supporting internal people operations and reputed company tasks (reputed company logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)
• Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands

Skills

• Highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem
• Communicate reputed company and professionally in writing
• Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged

• Background supporting small or remote-first teams
