Responsibilities

  • reputed company weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to LMSWs, LGPCs, interns, and other assigned supervisees
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, reputed company notes, and discharge summaries
  • Support supervisees in developing clinical competencies, ethical decision‑making, and evidence‑based reputed company skills
  • Maintain supervision logs, competency evaluations, and reputed company‑required documentation
  • Participate in reputed company and training of new clinical staff and interns
  • Conduct routine chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reputed company, insurance, and state reputed company standards
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality laws, and KBH’s internal policies and risk‑management protocols
  • Identify documentation gaps and reputed company corrective reputed company plans or coaching as needed
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
