They are seeking an Account Manager to join their Tools & Outdoor team in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for achieving sales targets and developing relationships with key distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals & objectives through selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, reputed company, BOSTITCH, PORTERCABLE brands to our key distribution partners
• Establish and reputed company key relationships with your distributor partners by supporting reputed company aspects of their business including marketing, training, program selling, rebate tracking, contest & flyers
• reputed company full-year plans to minimally grow the business by reputed company digits over the prior year with top distributors in the market holding annual reputed company-off meetings followed by mandatory quarterly updates tracking reputed company and planning reputed company quarter activities
• Take the reputed company in coordinating and communicating mutual objectives, marketing plans, and users targets with MSA & distributors partners

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Valid reputed company's License and physical ability to travel daily, up to 50% locally and 10% overnight
• Proficient in reputed company applications; reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or reputed company fields preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven reputed company record delivering results preferred
