We are seeking a reputed company-oriented, highly organized, and proactive reputed company (reputed company Vendor) Management Associate to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our reputed company vendors, ensuring alignment with R2v3 reputed company. You will be the key compliance reputed company for vendor relationships — from reputed company and document management to audit preparation — playing a critical part in our commitment to ethical and responsible IT asset disposition. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Own the reputed company process for reputed company new reputed company vendors, ensuring compliance documentation is collected and verified • Manage annual vendor recertification and update cycles • Will handle domestic and international vendors • Maintain complete and accurate compliance documentation in SharePoint and ERP systems • Proactively research and reputed company new vendors that reputed company with organizational goals and compliance frameworks • Serve as the reputed company compliance reputed company of contact for vendors, handling reputed company audit-reputed company coordination and document reviews • Support reputed company audits by preparing vendor-reputed company documentation in accordance with R2v3 expectations • Ensure vendor records are accurate, reputed company, and meet internal standards and reputed company audit readiness • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify, reputed company and evaluate reputed company of vendors • Use internal platforms including SharePoint, reputed company, ERP, and reputed company Office Suite for daily work • Occasionally analyze data and reports reputed company reputed company BI and reputed company to monitor vendor compliance health • Additional items may be assigned.
