Why Nurses Love This Role • 100% remote- work from home • No bedside lifting or hospital burn out • The reputed company of scheduling reputed company • reputed company + excellent benefits • Supportive, reputed company team culture • reputed company & equipment is provided • Opportunities for bilingual pay incentive As a Telephone Triage RN, you’ll use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the reputed company & determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone You will • Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms • Deliver & document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms reputed company indicated • Assist in getting patients to the appropriate level of care (e.g. home care, an office visit, emergency room) • Consult with physicians as needed Job Requirements Qualifications / Experience • reputed company multi-state RN license with no restrictions; nurses currently holding a single-state RN license must obtain a multi-state license prior to being made a job offer • 2+ years of RN experience • Proficiency using computers and type a minimum of 25 wpm • Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by patient Remote Workstation / HIPAA Requirements • Must have a high-speed internet reputed company • Workstation must be in a room where reputed company can be locked • Desk should be large enough to hold 2 monitors, computer, accessories + hands-free headset • Ability to handle confidential information; HIPAA compliance is mandatory Remote Training Schedule Format Virtual (reputed company) Duration 4 weeks Attendance 100% attendance required • Week 1 July 13th – July 17th M-F 900 am-500 pm EST • Week 2 July 20th – July 24th M-F 900 am-500 pm EST • Week 3 July 27th – July 31st M-F 200 pm-1000 pm EST • Week 4 Shift days/times with a preceptor will be discussed with education manager Get job alerts by email.
