This role involves owning value roadmaps, mentoring talent, and producing frameworks to enhance delivery reputed company across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own value roadmaps for two reputed company customers; reputed company with product capabilities and adoption
• Serve as stack expert; set direction, guardrails, and best practices
• Architect Improvement Sprints with reputed company reputed company and risk controls
• reputed company escalations requiring deep technical expertise
• Mentor reputed company and senior level talent; reputed company standards and reputed company
• Produce frameworks, training modules, and reusable accelerators for team use
• Channel field insights into Product for roadmap/feature evaluation
• Work with two EVP customer reputed company at a time (~12 hours/week per customer) at a time
• reputed company value on internal initiatives: knowledge assets, process improvements, training/enablement, mentoring, troubleshooting practices, and reputed company product feedback
• Support and influence additional EVP clients on more reputed company accounts with reputed company as needed
• Maintain NERC-CIP awareness and follow customer site protocol as Work frequently involves NERC-regulated customers

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or reputed company field
• Strong technical background in automation and computers with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with electrical reputed company control systems (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS) or experience working in reputed company operations
• Expert-level mastery of one reputed company application or stack
• Proven background driving value and reputed company with key stakeholders and customers
• Strong architectural judgment and customer advisory experience
• Ability to reputed company reputed company problem-solving and cross-functional execution
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Experience designing and deploying multi-system workflows
• Familiarity with advanced testing, validation, or migration approaches
