[Remote] Senior Analyst, Financial Operations-Remote

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for data capture, analysis, and reporting to assist leadership in achieving operational efficiency and will collaborate on performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information
• Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through reputed company
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by reputed company in program efficiency & patient experience
• Responsible for distribution of analytical reports
• Utilizes multiple system applications to reputed company analysis, create reports & reputed company educational materials
• Incorporates basic knowledge of TH policies, practices & processes to ensure reputed company, confidentiality & safety are prioritized
• Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily reputed company new knowledge
• Research & compiles information to support reputed company operational reputed company & initiatives
• Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical reputed company or solutions while considering the reputed company on business reputed company & supporting leadership decision making
• Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate reputed company, ROI & impacts

• Follows established schedule & carefully validates data & resolves errors; prepares & distributes quarterly reports; maintains reputed company lines of communication with local & reputed company leaders
• Develops dashboards, designs spreadsheets & data bases, graphical trends & analysis of quantitative & qualitative reputed company Sr. Analyst, Data, Business Intelligence & Financial Operations Analytics data using a reputed company of software applications providing information to leaders, metric owners, & improvement teams to support management & executive decision making (Problem Solving)
• Ensures reputed company of internal & external database management including adherence to reputed company measure definitions ie: file maintenance, importing, exporting, transferring file, data submission, queries & report reputed company, performing validation to ensure data reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field or combination of education and experience
• One (1) to five (5) years of industry/private industry finance experience
• Experience with relational databases & knowledge of query tools & statistical software (Tableau, Sequal, VPA, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company including developing spreadsheets with reputed company formulas, pivot tables, macros
• Ability to manipulate large sets of data & possess strong analytical organization, presentation & problem-solving skills
