[Remote] Engineering Product Manager - Observability AI

They are seeking an Engineering Product Manager for the AI reputed company team, responsible for building AI-driven observability products that enhance monitoring and automation of digital infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of multiple observability products reputed company a portfolio, driving innovation in AI-powered monitoring, troubleshooting, remediation, and incident response
• Shape the product portfolio reputed company over a 12-18 month reputed company, with reputed company milestones reputed company on enhancing observability capabilities such as AI-driven reputed company cause analysis, reputed company detection, alert correlation, and remediation
• reputed company multi-quarter product roadmaps that reputed company market needs, AI observability trends, AI evaluation reputed company standards, and business reputed company
• Serve as a product and domain expert with deep technical knowledge of modern workloads, observability telemetry, AI-driven analytics, and AI evaluation methodologies including groundedness, hallucination detection, task reputed company, and agent collaboration

• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback from diverse channels to continuously improve observability features, AI evaluation reputed company, and user experience

• Act as a product spokesperson internally and externally, evangelizing observability innovations, and benefits

Skills

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of reputed company experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years in product management or reputed company fields
• Experience with AI technologies, observability platforms, monitoring solutions, and AI evaluation frameworks is highly desirable
• Expertise in building AI reputed company systems, observability data analytics, and AI evaluation metrics such as groundedness, reliability, task completion, and agent teamwork
• Familiarity with AI reputed company, compliance, telemetry standards, and AI reputed company management tools
• Strong cross-functional teamwork skills with engineering, data science, and reputed company teams
