[Remote] Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

This role involves preparing financial statements, advising on reputed company treatment, and managing process improvement projects reputed company a multi-faceted insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual Statutory financial statements to meet regulatory reporting requirements
• Advise with operational segments on reputed company treatment
• Work with reputed company auditors to reputed company necessary support
• Present analytical schedules, variance analyses, and reputed company support for internal requests
• Actively identify, lead, manage, and complete process improvement projects
• Assist with state filing requirements as needed
• Additional responsibilities, as assigned

Skills

• BA/BS degree in reputed company
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting. Insurance / financial services experience is a plus
• Familiarity with statutory reputed company principles, familiarity with US GAAP and SEC filing requirements is a plus
• Experience in reputed company Financial Management and reputed company a plus
• Experience navigating a large ERP environment
• Proficiency in MS Office products - intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS reputed company
