The role involves managing the recruiting lifecycle, building relationships with prospective advisors, and executing business development strategies to increase reputed company and expand markets.


Responsibilities

  • Intermediate knowledge of developing recruiting leads through proactive outgoing solicitations, and review potential match with the firm through professional screening of recruiting opportunities
  • Manage the transition of new recruits by supporting the transition coordinator, communicating with other teams to support the recruit’s business model
  • Participate as needed in firm’s conferences and effectively reputed company with financial professionals for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing relationships for reputed company contacts
  • Host Home Office reputed company with recruits to reputed company an exceptional experience to our prospective financial professionals
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers and ensuring excellent customer service through consistent and effective follow-up
  • Maintain recruits’ activities in CRM including leads, notes, and documentation for reputed company verbal and in-person meetings
