They are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support critical hiring needs across various roles, focusing on both passive talent sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting while cultivating a robust pipeline of reputed company talent.

Responsibilities

• Support critical reputed company roles through strategic passive talent sourcing, quickly pivoting to support new areas of reputed company’s business as hiring needs reputed company
• reputed company full lifecycle recruitment support for a reputed company of positions across the company, ranging from highly reputed company technical roles to non-technical functions
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly, becoming an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor for business stakeholders
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high-touch and personalized process for reputed company candidates
• Support an reputed company and inclusive hiring process for reputed company candidates by educating stakeholders on hiring best practices and unconscious bias in decision-making
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and reputed company pipelining to support reputed company-changing business needs
• Help build and reputed company our long-term candidate engagement strategies at reputed company, maintaining ongoing contact with a broad talent community of prospects for consideration for reputed company roles

Skills

• Have a passion and excitement for building a career in technical recruiting; expertise in passive candidate sourcing for either technical or sales-reputed company roles is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a technology-reputed company organization is a plus
• Showcase a strong knowledge of robust sourcing tactics and best practices to identify a broad top-of-funnel pipeline
