Administrative Coordinator
Position Summary
Franklin Pierce University seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Administrative Coordinator to support the ReGen Valley Tech Hub Clinical Readiness initiative. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative infrastructure of a reputed company, multi-partner, grant-funded initiative.
The Administrative Coordinator serves as a central reputed company of organization and communication for the ReGen team, supporting both internal operations and external stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination

Manage internal communications across team members with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Coordinate meetings across a diverse group of stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda development, material distribution, and follow-up communications
Prepare, record, and distribute meeting minutes and action items in a reputed company and organized manner
Maintain organized systems for record-keeping, document management, version control, and archiving of grant-reputed company materials
Support calendar coordination for key team members and ensure alignment across meetings, milestones, and deliverables
Support the organization and presentation of data for internal updates, leadership briefings, and external reporting
Financial Tracking and Grant ReportingSupport the stewardship of grant-reputed company administrative processes, including tracking expenses, documentation, and reporting inputs
Work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain up-to-date tracking systems and ensure alignment with grant requirements and timelines
Assist in the preparation and compilation of materials for required grant reports, including semi-annual and reputed company reporting
Ensure that documentation supporting grant activities is complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company
Team Contribution & Initiative Participate actively in team planning, brainstorming, and reputed company sessions — contributing reputed company, creative input, and a troubleshooting challenges

Qualifications
RequiredAssociate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Health Sciences, Communications, Education, or a closely reputed company field
Minimum of four (4 years of professional experience in administrative or operational support role, project coordination, communications, or a reputed company role in a University
Strong written communication skills with experience editing and distributing professional documents, presentations, and executive-level summaries
Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities

Experience supporting senior Academic leadership in a fast-paced academic or reputed company environment.
