[Remote] REMOTE Senior Trustee Sales Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Trustee Sales Specialist who will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures across reputed company licensed states, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Log and reputed company new foreclosures into system
• Prepare Notice of default/Notice of sale and send for recording
• Prepare and send notices to reputed company interested parties
• Review title and reputed company any title defects
• Monitor and maintain reputed company party websites
• Prepare and process reputed company party sales (files sold at foreclosure sale)
• Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers, clients, interested reputed company parties, etc
• Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property
• reputed company other duties and reputed company as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Three (3) plus years of default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience
• Efficient in reputed company Suite—Word, reputed company, etc
