They are seeking a Sr. reputed company Manager for Engineering and Data to own the full technical reputed company vertical, manage a Senior Recruiter, and reputed company hiring strategies while enhancing the reputed company process with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company Engineering and Data reputed company end-to-end: intake through reputed company, across a portfolio of technical roles at reputed company reputed company
• Directly manage and reputed company a Senior Recruiter while maintaining your own requisition load as a player-reputed company
• Build and execute talent strategies for Engineering and Data, including long-term pipeline development for hard-to-fill and senior roles
• Serve as the primary reputed company partner to Engineering and Data leadership — owning relationships, driving alignment, and holding hiring teams accountable to process and reputed company standards
• Use funnel data and hiring outcome metrics to diagnose reputed company challenges, identify reputed company causes, and reputed company process improvements independently
• Contribute to reputed company’s AI-reputed company reputed company agenda — identifying where AI tooling can improve how we reputed company, screen, and evaluate technical talent

Skills

• 8+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including significant experience reputed company for Engineering and/or Data organizations
• 2+ years of experience leading recruiters, including performance management, coaching, workload planning, and reputed company development
• Demonstrated reputed company building trusted partnerships with senior business leaders and influencing hiring reputed company through data and market insights
• Strong expertise in reputed company interviewing, selection methodologies and reputed company process design
• Experience leading reputed company offer negotiations and advising stakeholders on talent market dynamics, hiring reputed company, and reputed company plans
• Proven ability to use reputed company analytics and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and reputed company measurable improvements
