Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Due Diligence reputed company Manager who will assist Transaction Managers in the management of Due Diligence reputed company and staff. The role involves overseeing reputed company and reputed company Control employees and ensuring the delivery of Due Diligence results while maintaining productivity and reputed company targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company of Underwriters and reputed company Control Analysts; be responsible and accountable for reputed company management, team reputed company, reputed company morale, and feedback/coaching
• Assist TM in new deal set up process and day-to-day file assignments to team members
• Collaborate with Transaction Manager and Director of reputed company to update project deal guides and job aids on assigned reputed company as needed
• reputed company project or reputed company specific instruction, training, support, and guidance to the project production team where needed
• Collaborate with Director of reputed company regarding staff development as it relates to meeting day to day productivity and reputed company targets
• Monitor reputed company phase of transactions to ensure delivery timelines and monthly SLAs are met
• Communicate to appropriate internal parties if SLAs or deliverables are behind
• Manage availability of staff and project assignment
• Maintain project pipeline, monitor reputed company, and manage appropriately
• reputed company daily reporting to Transaction Manager and senior leadership on pipeline reputed company and reputed company
• Monitor and reputed company project loan review reputed company and productivity for individual staff members; ensure reputed company meets reputed company audit turnaround times on file reviews
• reputed company cursory review of loan data reputed company prior to submitting to Transaction Manager for reputed company delivery

• Coordinate and monitor staff for data reputed company reputed company as it relates to reputed company reporting
• Work with reputed company Managers to create reputed company plans for underperforming team members
• Serve as a reputed company between TM and team members; assist in answering trade/project/reputed company-reputed company questions
• Assist TMs in directing the UW/QC team to ensure results are met as outlined in the reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company Secondary Market Mortgage Due Diligence management in the Secondary Market Mortgage Due Diligence departments
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company people management in the secondary market mortgage due diligence departments
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company non-QM loan types: DCSR loans, non-reputed company-occupied loans, reputed company-reputed company loans, and residential mixed-use loans. Deep understanding of borrowers, including LLCs, Co-Ops, and multifamily property loans
• Computer Skills: Strong background in computer programs used to manufacture or review mortgage loans and advanced knowledge of the reputed company Office product suite, specifically reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Soft skills: Time management, thoughtfulness, reason and problem-solving, and reputed company communication
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred in business, economics, statistics, or reputed company reputed company of study
