[Remote] Training Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). The role involves maintaining applications for computer-based training, conducting training analysis, and developing training curricula and multimedia materials.

Responsibilities

• Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
• End user training material development (traditional and video formats)
• Video format development experience
• ILT course analysis
• ILT course development
• Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
• Web based training (traditional and video formats)
• Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed
• Review and process timesheets
• Complete weekly report
• Disseminate monthly training schedule
• Deliver ILT
• Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions
• reputed company internal SOPs

Skills

• Bachelor's and four years or more of reputed company experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree
• Must be willing to work effectively reputed company reputed company environment in a fast-paced support role
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a reputed company trust
• Prefer 7-9 years of experience
• Knowledge and experience with reputed company Captivate, reputed company, reputed company InDesign, reputed company After Effects, reputed company Photo Shop, reputed company Illustrator, reputed company Storyline 360
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting reputed company's into a learning management system
• Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (reputed company)
• Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model
• Ability to work under a tight deadline
• Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and reputed company with excellent problem-solving skills
