[Remote] Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Represent the department as a subject matter expert/stakeholder in on reputed company and communicate expected results
• Maintain a strong understanding of the department's processes across reputed company divisional departments as reputed company as a reputed company strong working knowledge of business rules specific to areas of the department and Operations in general
• Effectively conduct reputed company cause analysis for various special reputed company as assigned. • Compile, analyze, and report any trends observed in performance and/or productivity reputed company of departmental staff across various areas. Identify problems in data processing either from various areas or Vendor processing and escalate if needed
• Design reporting and delivery solutions while working closely with IT during reputed company phases of development, testing and release and monitoring. Obtain, conduct and reputed company signoff on business requirements, reputed company enhancements/builds, and deployment authorizations
• Effectively work with reputed company of reputed company's (as reputed company as a number of various legacy) applications in both production and non-production environments

Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with four (4) years of reputed company experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with large data sets
• Required licensures, reputed company certifications, and/or reputed company certifications as applicable
• Knowledge of reputed company's general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operational details
• Knowledge of reputed company's reputed company Operations applications
• Communication (written, verbal and listening), planning, reporting, technical, coordination, organization, collaboration, project management and interpersonal skills
